Seat Selection Process
In total, existing Season Ticket Holders will be spread across eight seat sales phases taking place over a four-week period.
For those eligible, the first sales phase will commence on Monday 19 March 2018, with subsequent phases opening periodically through late March and early April.
To find out more information on how it was determined when each Season Ticket Holder would be
eligible to select their seat during the sales phase process, refer to your enclosed letter or visit iSpurs
Read the letter enclosed with your 2018/2019 Season Ticket pack to find out the date and time your sales phase begins.
Once your sales phase opens you are then able to secure your seat at any point during the process up until the final closing date of the last sales phase at 5pm on Thursday 19 April 2018.
To complete the registration of your Season Ticket at our new stadium, a non-refundable £50 deposit per seat will be required, with the remaining balance payable between Tuesday 1 May and Wednesday 16 May 2018.
Want to purchase your seats in a group?
We appreciate that there are many who will wish to apply with others to ensure they are all sat
together, despite being in different sales phases. In this instance, the group will need to apply on or after the sales phase assigned to the Season Ticket Holder who is in the later sales phase.
Groups purchasing together will need to choose one lead person to purchase seats on the group’s behalf and this lead person will be required to pay the £50 deposit for each individual in the group booking. The remaining balances will be collected individually. In line with previous Cup Semi Final and Final allocation processes, a maximum of 20 Season Ticket Holders will be able to select seats together as part of a single group.
We recommend that, now you have received your pack with confirmation of your priority position,
you discuss and identify preferred seating options with other Season Ticket Holders you wish to sit with prior to purchasing in the relevant phase. We suggest you also look to arrange individual payments for the £50 deposits within your own group prior to the first sales phase opening.

We strongly recommend that you visit our interactive stadium map to sample the view from every available seat inside the stadium bowl. If applying as a group, please ensure all members also do this.
We recommend you consider more than just one seat preference in case your first choice is not available when you come to secure your seat.
Once you have selected your preferred seat locations, the next thing to do is get ready for the sales phases to open.
To secure your seat on your respective date, you will need your eticketing login details including your Client Reference Number referenced on your letter.
If applying as a group, you will need to choose one lead person to secure all seats on the group’s behalf. When the group is eligible to select their seats during the Seat Selection Phase, the lead person will select all seats and will then be able to assign seats to all members of the group using their ‘My Season Ticket Network’. This is a similar service to the ‘My Network’ function provided on eticketing.
We therefore recommend that the lead person checks / updates their ‘My Season Ticket Network’ to ensure all group members are within this network prior to the sales phase process commencing. To check your current ‘My Season Ticket Network’ visit eticketing.co.uk/tottenhamhotspurstadium.
To check / update your ‘My Season Ticket Network’:
1. Visit eticketing.co.uk/tottenhamhotspurstadium
2. Sign in using your Client Reference Number
3. Click on My Account and then ‘My Season Ticket Network’
4. To add new members, click Add Members
5. Search for a Season Ticket Holder using their:
• Membership Number (Client Reference Number)
6. Click Add Member
By updating the ‘My Season Ticket Network’, Season Ticket Holders will be able to easily assign seats to Season Ticket Holders in their group during the sales phase process.
When your sales phase opens, you will receive an email informing you that you are now able to select your seats for next season. This email will link supporters to a designated eticketing platform, where you will need to:
1. Sign in using your Client Reference Number
2. Select your seat(s) from the stadium map
3. Add the seat(s) to your basket
4. Click Buy Tickets
5. Within your Basket, you can assign seats to Season Ticket
Holders within your ‘My Season Ticket Network’ - groups
are reminded that once seats have been assigned, you will
be required to pay the £50 non-refundable deposit per seat
6. Click Proceed to Checkout
Once you have selected your seat and paid your non-refundable
£50 deposit per seat you will receive an email communication
confirming that you have secured your location within the
new stadium, pending the payment in full by 5pm Wednesday
16 May 2018.
Please note, we may need to make some small adjustments
to your seat selection(s) to avoid single seats within rows so
please do not be concerned if your seat number is slightly
different from the one(s) which you selected.
The final deadline for Season Ticket Holders to secure
their seat for the 2018/2019 season is 5pm on Thursday
19 April 2018. If you do not renew by this date we will
assume that you no longer wish to be a Season Ticket Holder
next season and the opportunity will be offered to One
Hotspur Members on our Season Ticket Waiting List.
Once the sales phase process has concluded, all Season Ticket Holders who have selected their seat for next season will be contacted via email on how to pay the outstanding balance of their Season Ticket seat during the payment window which opens at 10am on Tuesday 1 May 2018 and closes at 5pm on Wednesday 16 May 2018.
If you selected your seat as part of a group, each Season Ticket Holder will be contacted individually and will be able to pay their outstanding balance independently of the group’s lead person. Outstanding balances of 2018/2019 Season Tickets can be made using all major credit or debit cards or in 10 monthly instalments via the Club’s Season Ticket financing partner, V12 Finance. Details of the V12 instalment plan will be provided when we contact you for the outstanding balance. We are no longer able to accept cash or cheques in payment for your Season Ticket.
Any Season Ticket Holder who does not pay the outstanding balance of their Season Ticket by 5pm Wednesday 16 May 2018 deadline will lose their seat as well as their £50 deposit. This will not impact upon any other persons who may have selected seats in the same group.
